MOHAMED SATHAK POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE is the first institution started by the Mohamed Sathak Trust in 1980 at Kilakarai in Ramanathapuram District of Tamil Nadu. It is a Government aided institution, affiliated to the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Government of Tamil Nadu and approved by the AICTE, New Delhi. It is a co- educational institution is offering 7 diploma courses. It is a pride to say that it is the first institution in south India offering the Diploma in Marine Engineering.
