A User friendly Library , where the students have free access to a rich collection of more than 3500 books, 7 international and 14 Indian nursing journals with online provision and 6415 back issues of journals. The Library timing is 9.30 AM to 7.00 PM and reading hall is opened for 24 hours. To make it user friendly, books are classified under Dewey – decimal classification.

Class room: Comfortable sitting arrangement equipped with teaching aids.
Laboratories: The new addition of mannequins in the well equipped laboratories facilitates simulation classes on palpation and delivery process before clinical postings.
Skill lab: Nursing is predominantly skill based. To become expert clinical nurse students are allowed to practice first in skill lab and then placed with the patient.
Language lab: Communication skill is the top priority in the health industry. Hence to develop good communication skill a language lab is available with current technological aids.
Computer lab: Well equipped computer lab with 20 computers helps in imparting hands on experience to students.
Internet facilities: Students have access to broadband Internet access.
Clinical Tie-ups: Clinical learning which is embedded in nursing gets fulfilled by the following tie up arrangement.

Hostel: Spacious, well ventilated hostel rooms along with mess facility is available for Male and female students separately. Rooms are well furnished. Facilities in the hostels are amicable for ideal development of the students.
Sports: The College also fosters various sports and recreational activities. The students are given ample of opportunities to participate in intra and inter college sports events.
Apart from this there is Annual College Day in which students are encouraged to take part in various events. This serves as a stage to bring out talents in students.
Health check-up
At the start of each year health check up is done by a specialist and immunizations are given to the I year students before their postings in the hospitals for clinical learning. Monthly assessment of weight, blood pressure and other physical problems are carefully assessed and taken care of by the class co-ordinators.
Alumni Association:
The College also has well organized Alumni. The members meet periodically and share their memories, work experience with their batch mates and faculty of the college. The Alumni Association serves us bridge between graduates and the college and helps them stay in contact.

Scholarship: BC/MBC scholarships are arranged for eligible students. SC/ST scholarship is arranged from Government District Welfare Officer, SC/ST department, Collectorate, Chennai and also the Special loan scholarship for eligible students. |
