Candidates with valid Management Aptitude Test (MAT) score or score in any other All India Entrance Test will be considered for M.B.A admission also. Similarly candidates with All India M.C.A Common Entrance Test (AIMCET) Score will be considered for admission to M.C.A

For M.E. Courses, Students are admitted by the college as per government rules and regulations on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in their qualifying examinations.

(A) B.E / B.Tech (all branches except Marine Engineering and Architecture)

Pass in 10 +2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or a pass in higher secondary course (HSC) Vocational with Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics as one of the subject or a pass in diploma course in engineering or a pass in any other equivalent qualification approved by the concerned authority. Open Category (OC) candidates should have secured an average of 60% marks in Physics,Chemistry & Mathematics. Backward Class (BC) candidates with 55% marks and most backward class (MBC) candidates with 50% marks become eligible for admission. For Sheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates a pass in the above course is sufficient for admission. For Diploma candidates, aggregate of their 5th & 6th semester marks are considered with percentage for elgibility as stated above.

(B) B.E. Marine Engineering

All categories of candidates must have secured a minimum average of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM average). In addition, they should have a minimum of 50% marks in English either in + 2 (HSC) or 10th standard. Admissions made to the candidates are provisional till the approval given by the Directorate of the Technical Education, Anna University and Directorate General of Shipping (DGS), Mumbai. All the candidates should submit the physical fitness certificate at the time of admission*.

*The successful completion of this course does not guarantee On board training which is mandatory for employment

(C) B.Arch

All candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% of total marks with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as subject. NATA entrance exam shall be qualified

(D) Age Limit

There is no age limit to join all B.E / B.Tech / B.Arch Courses. For B.E. Marine Engineering should not exceed 20 years.

(E) Lateral Entry Admission (Direct Second Year) B.E. / B.Tech. Candidates who have passed the Diploma course in Engineering of the state board of Technical Education or its equivalent are eligible for admission to the Second year of all Engineering Courses. 5th and 6th semester Diploma marks are considered for eligibility as mentioned in the Section (A) above Lateral Entry admission is not eligible for B. Arch

M.C.A: Any Degree with Mathematics or Mathematics in 10 + 2 School level.

M.B.A: Any Bachelor or Master Degree

M.E. (Thermal Engineering): B.E. Degree in Mechanical / Automobile /  Aeronautical Engineering

M.E. (Applied Electronics): B.E. Degree in E.C.E / E.E.E. / Electronics &  Instrumentation.

M.E. (Computer Science & Engg.): B.E. Degree in CSE / ECE / EEE / IT
