The founder Chairman Late Alhaj S.M.Ahamed Jalaluddin, was instrumental in the establishment of the Trust. Other founder members of the Trust are as given below

A respected and dynamic guide of the Trust, humane, humble yet progressive, he has seen through the establishment of over 13 Educational Institutions and other corporate entities.

Mr.S.M.Kabeer – Secretary
An able administrator with a keen business sense & vast experience in managing financial affairs.

(Late)Dr.S.M.Dastagir – Founder Director
A dynamic, progressive and experienced professional with vast managerial experience in the export of Jewellery. With ample interest in Education, he had conducted/participated in various seminars of international repute. He was the visionary behind setting up of Software Development Centres, Computer Enabled Services such as medical & legal transcription, Call centres and Centres of excellence in Computer Education.

• Open wave computing LLC, USA – A Dynamic and progressive IT Company catering to the Systems solutions such us WINDOWS NT etc., with ambitious programmes of Off – shore development and Global Placements.

• DYNAMIC SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS (DSS) , Chennai, involved in Global Software Development and Placement, persevering the process of establishing software Technology Parks in Chennai and Kilakarai by utilizing VSAT and Fibre Optic Technologies. Within a short span of 6 months since inception, DSS have successfully placed IT professionals of WINDOWS NT, VC++ ,VB,PB etc., in US and middle East. DSS has plans to intensity its efforts.
