ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION (Degree Courses) :

Eligibility for admission is pass in +2 Examination and not less than 16 years of age on 1st July of the corresponding year.

The following certificates should be produced at the time of admission :

1.	Original +2 Mark Statement and Community Certificate.
2.	Transfer & Conduct Certificate in Original.
3.	Three Passport size photographs 2.5” * 2”.
4.	Three Xerox copy of +2 Mark Statement.

INSTRUCTION TO CANDIDATES :

1.	All dayscholars should come to the college only by the college only by the college bus after paying the prescribed bus fare for the whole year.
2.	The candidate should satisfy himself with respect to eligibility before registering the application.
3.	The application from is to be filled legibly in the candidates own handwriting.
4.	The candidates should not enclose their original certificates. Only attested Xerox copies should be enclosed.
5.	The application number should be clearly written in all communication to the College.

The Management of Syed Hameedha Arts and Science College reserves the right to change the fee structure, regulation affecting students or make any other suitable modification should these be deemed necessary in the interest of the institution or the Profession.

1.	Changes in the Prospectus will be done at the discretion of the Management.
2.	The Selection of candidates for the course will be done at the discretion of the selection Committee of the Management.
3.	The committee of the Management are not bound to take any responsibility regarding any risk or loss to the candidates.
4.	All the rules and regulation laid by the sponsored Trust should strictly be adhered to by all candidates.

The College Authority reserves the right to cancel the admission of a student and expel him / her without returning the fees.

1.	If there is any discrepancy between the certificates produced and entries made in the application form.
2.	If any suppression of facts is discovered.
3.	On ground of series irregularity of attendance, disobedience or indiscipline in the college.
4.	Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
